If you achieved your certification in or before 2004, we recommend updating your knowledge and certification. The accumulation of ‘incremental’ changes in technology and EMC products results in the value of your current certification gradually decreasing over time. You should revalidate your knowledge via the most current exams, updating your certification to be ‘current’ with technology. Updating your certification is not required, but highly recommended to ensure continued readiness.

To update your certification, you can either take the current exam in your specialty or wait for the next version of your current exam to be available.
